Refund and Exchange Policy

1. Refund & exchange period

• Within 14 days after customer receiving the package

2. Product condition for refund and exchange

• The item for returning/exchange is in a condition that it can be sold again and that the original package is intact

3. No. of time for exchange & refund

• Unless there is product quality problem, all products are allowed to exchange once which need to fulfill the product condition for refund and exchange

4. Non-refundable & non-exchangeable product

• Any product that is returned more than 14 days after receipt
• Any product that has been worn, altered or washed
• Any discount, clearance or on sale item
• Any special edition item or item labelled as “non-exchangeable/ non-returnable”
• Products with unclean appearance
• Products not sold on Gift at Races Official Online Shop

5. Return and exchange shipping fee

• Customer needs to pay for shipping fee except for the return of items with quality issues, in which GAR will pay for the shipping fee for the replacement items

6. Channel for return

• Pick up by courier (self-arranged by customers)

7. Refund

• Refund will be paid to the corresponding credit card / Paypal account (actual receipt date is subject to the process period of Paypal)
